Terms and Conditions

The Dealer will Let
and Hirer will hire the instrument, particulars of which are set out
above (the Instrument).

The Hirer will pay to
the Dealer on signing hereof the Advance Payment shown in the
financial and related particulars and, unless the hiring under the
Agreement is terminated at the end of the first three months
beginning with the date of this Agreement, in accordance with
Condition 4, below, the Hirer will pay to the Dealer on the last day
of the said period of three months the Payment shown in the
financial and related particulars

During the
continuance of the Agreement
(a) the instrument remains the property of the Dealer and the Hirer
shall not sell or offer for sale, assign, mortgage, pledge, lend or
otherwise deal with or part with possession of the instrument and
shall take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the instrument.
(b) the Hirer must give immediate notice in writing to the Dealer of
any loss or damage to the instrument, failing which the Hirer will
be held responsible therefore.

The Hirer may
terminate the hiring under this Agreement at the first three months
by giving prior written notice to the Dealer at the Dealer's
address. The Dealer may, subject to the provisions of the
Consumer Credit Act 1974, terminate the hiring under this Agreement.
(a) at the end of the first three months upon giving not less than
seven days' notice in writing to the Hirer or
(b) at any time if the Hirer shall be in breach of the Hirer's
obligations under this Agreement.
If not previously terminated by either party, the hiring under this
Agreement shall automatically terminate at the expiration of a
period of six months beginning at the date of this Agreement.
Upon any termination, the instrument shall be returned to the Dealer
at the address given above in the same condition as at the
commencement of the hire (fair wear and tear excepted)

Termination of the
hiring under this Agreement shall not affect the rights of the
Dealer to recover damages in respect of any breach by the Hirer of
the terms of this Agreement.

The Hirer shall not
employ any person other than the Dealer to carry out work on the
instrument without the prior written permission of the Dealer and
will return the instrument to the Dealer for all adjustments, maintenances
and repairs.

This is not a hire
purchase agreement.

Any warranty
condition or obligation whatsoever (whether express or implied) as
to the description, quality, or fitness for purpose of the
instrument or otherwise is hereby excluded other than:
(a) to the extent that such warranty or condition is incorporated in
writing into this Agreement or
(b) the Hirer's rights under Section 6-10 of the Supply of Goods and
Services Act 1982 to the extent that such right may not be excluded
by reasons of the application of Section 7 of the Unfair Contract
Terms Act 1977 to this Agreement. The Hirer's statutory rights
as a consumer are not affected.

The Consumer Act covers
this Agreement and lays down certain requirements for your protection
which must be satisfied when the Agreement is made. If they are
not, the owner cannot enforce the Agreement against you without a court
order.
